Manufacturing Process

KW Line

The factory introduced the Static Pressure fully automatic molding line from KW Company in Germany, with a production efficiency of up to 105 molds per hour.KW line is suitable for manufacturing large batches of industrial castings.

The size of flask is (mm): 1320 *800 *350/300

Resin sand casting line

The Resin Sand Molding Line and sand processing line was introduced from Italy's IMF Company, using standard sand box rapid molding rings, with an efficiency of up to 12 molds per hour. At the same time, the on-site configuration of the styling is suitable for independent production areas with small batches and multiple varieties, and is suitable for various batch product needs.

The size of Standard flask is (mm): 1250* 840* 350/300; Maximum non-standard flask size is (mm): 4000 x 3000x 600/400

Vertical molding line

The Vertical Production Line adopts the Danish DISA vertical box less molding line, with a production efficiency of over 400 molds per hour. Suitable for the production of small size and large quantities of various gray iron and ductile iron castings.

The flask size is (mm): 535 * 650

V-Process Line

There are four Vacuum Casting Lines with large, medium, and small types in Hefei plant, and also four Vacuum Casting Lines with extra-large, large, medium, and small types in LU AN plant. Equipped with primer and topcoat spraying lines, suitable for the production of various construction machinery, industrial vehicles, and special vehicle counterweights, as well as other structurally simple gray iron and ductile iron parts.

The maximum size of the flask is (mm): 4000 x 3000 x 700/950, capable of producing over 20 tons counterweight products.

Lost foam casting line

The key equipment of the Lost Foam casting line is imported from the United States and Germany. It is suitable for producing small and medium-sized castings such as high-strength gray cast iron and ductile iron with high appearance and complex internal cavities,especially for special structure castings such as blind holes and inclined holes.
